I had planned to use Budget Vanlines for my upcoming move. I haven't moved yet and they have already been a complete nightmare! The information given to me over the phone doesn't match the quote emailed to me and they are refusing to give back my 600+ deposit... I wish I had read the experiences of others like this prior to calling their number ... I cannot get in touch with anyone who can help me or refund my money.
