I hired Charles Troxell from HDXperts, Inc. (dispatched through HD Installers) to mount my flat panel and install my home theater system. Although he offered to do the work himself for significantly less than originally quoted (a no-brainer since HD Installers were ridiculously overpriced anyway), he left several holes in the drywall that should have at least been fitted with outlet covers (see attached photo).
