I own a 2001 Champion Modular Home in Macomb, Michigan. I purchased the home in July of 2008. Over the winter I was having problems with shingles coming off of the roof. I had a roofer (actually a neighbor) come out and replace shingles on the home at least three (3) times. He told me the first time he went up there that I needed a new roof, that the shingles had been put on the home with staples, and that they were not the proper staples.
