I ordered a DVD directly from DVD Magnet in late August and never received it. I bought from them thru Amazon in the past and never had a problem, probably because you can rate their performance that way... So they are ignoring the multiple messages I have sent them over the last three months. They apparently don't give a crap about customer service even tho they say to contact them with any questions you have. Come to think of it, they didn't say they'd actually ANSWER the questions, did they... Anyway, CAVEAT EMPTOR of these douche-bags. read full review »
