Even though we make our phone bill payments on time, Bellsouth/AT&T repeatedly calls us every month before payments are due, trying to get us to pay our bill over the phone. I found this very fishy because none of our other billers do this. So I called Bellsouth's customer service number and they told me that the calls are "random" and there was nothing they or I could do to stop it! They're not random if the same person is being called every month! This is extremely annoying, and it feels like harassment. Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do? read full review »
