When booking with Hotwire in the past for hotels I always received a reputable brand as promised. Recently I was booking a three star hotel in Chicago and received the South Loop Hotel. I complained to Hotwire and they would not make any changes only stating that they inspected the property yesterday and was satisfied that they are a reputable brand. I will not use there service in the future because they do not honor their gurantees when it comes to booking a branded hotel versus a non branded one. read full review »
