On June 21, 2009 I placed an order with PetCareRx and was offered a $10 rebate on my next purchase. I accepted the rebate to later discover that PetCareRx had allowed Shopper Discounts & Rewards access to my credit card information and Shopper Discounts & Rewards had enrolled me in a $12.00 per month plan to be charged and deducted from my credit card forever if I had failed to notice.
