I canceled and returned all merchandise within return time stated. I have called the company 10 times in the past 3 months asking about my refund. they state that... "it will appear next statement" and it does not, "there was an error and I have corrected it and you will have the refund on your next statement" and I have not gotten refund yet. I called again today and was told that it would appear on my next statement... will have to wait and see. I have filed a complaint with the BBB about seattle coffee direct. read full review »
