Customer service at this company is a joke and so is Lidia or however you spell her name. My rotors have warped twice since purchase and they are unwilling to send me another set to replace mine with without either purchasing another set first, or shipping my warped rotors back to them. This would leave me without my daily driver for over a week, or without $200 for over a week. NEITHER OF WHICH I AM CAPABLE OF.
