I have been doing business with Chase bank for 8 years. I have 2 credit cards, my business account, and an auto financing account with Chase. All were in good standing and paid on time. One month I had a computer problem, I thought I paid one of my credit card bills but did not. Chase automatically raised my apr from 7.9% to 27% +. I talked to countless Chase workers on the phone and went up the ladder but no one would cut me a break! After all those years, and all of my business Chase would not cut me any slack!
