It is a nightmare to have FIOS. Their departments are a really mess. I made the order of triple play, which is TV, phone and internet. before the installation, they sent me an email and I found that there was no phone service. I called them and they gave me a different order number---that is the begin of the nightmare. They keep sendming me different bills.
