I went to a PNC Bank in Philadelphia PA . I slid my card through and was asked to select from a language then a transaction type and an amount of withdraw. I was withdrawing $30. The whole time I'm wondering why it did not ask for my pin #. Before I knew it, it just gave me the $30 and a receipt. Guess what? Not my account and not my money. The balance on the recipt did not match mine and nether did the last 4 digits of the account number. I registered a complaint with PNC but these transactions come from any number of bankcards.
