So, from June 10 to June 25, I've been trying to place orders with AT&T to change my address to my new apartment for my Internet service, which I moved in on June 14. As of today (June 25), I still don't have service and they STILL have the wrong address for my new apartment. First time I called (1800-288-2020), some woman who doesn't seem to speak English answers. Undoubtedly she even got my street name wrong (even though I repeated to her that the street name is the same as my previous apartment...). So a week later... read full review »
