Chase has just started a new PANDEMIC for 850, 000 cardholders, myself included. Starting Aug 1st minimum payments will increase from 2% to 5%. This more than doubles the cardholders monthly payment and there is NO opt-out offered. Even though Chase testified before congress that they do offer opt-out options...LIARS...This " CHASE 2009 PANDEMIC" is going to reach further than the 850, 000 cardholders, more Homeless, bankruptcy, crime and yes even suicide.
