I have returned this product unopened for the last 4 months. I have sent letters, emails and have notified my credit card to stop payment to this company. Nothing works. They continue to send the product and then charge the card. They make you follow all these "procedure" in order to return the product and get credit (calling or emailing to get an authorization number). I am sick of the whole business and I want to know when these deliveries are going to stop! read full review »
