Ordered Roses to be delivered to a hospital. They failed to deliver. The excuse was that there was no room specified. The web site asked if it was a hospital and did not require a room number. I usually don't have to do this because people in a hospital sometimes move rooms but the flowers usually make it. Their response was that they would deliver them late. Like after she was discharged.
