My wife ordered a free sample of Acai Berry and paid $2.79 in shipping for the product on 5212009. She was told the product would be delivered in a week. The free trial was for 14 days. She waited for 10 days and didn't receive the product, so she called to cancel the order. She was told that they canceled the order, but could not refund the shipping charge.
