I am Bank of America customer since 1992. I have checking and saving A/C. I am not reluctant to use ATM card except for grocery. In my understanding overdraft is when I could use check and fail to see my balance and keep on writing checks for different usage, but in my case whenever I used ATM card for grocery purpose on debt there is no way of knowing my balance. I taught I have some more money and used my ATM card on 12-30-08 and purchased worth $5.00 item; to my greatest disappointment and shock I am penalized $35.00.
