Contacted Berklay at 516-872-3335 and discussed that I had received a contract to sign for employment and my instructions thru email was to sign it, scan it and download to Patricia Carlson Hiring Manager thru the email I rec'd from her. I then became keenly aware after the email said I have 3 days to scan and email the contract and that they were implicit that I cannot fax the contract this is when I contacted Berklay.
