This company is a total scam...if it doesn't take them at least a year or more to actually get the property out of your name they will come up with some ridiculous reason why you have to pay them more money before they will transfer you property...they get off on scamming the elderly and desperate...Please be smarter than the idiots that own/run both of these companies TOGETHER!
