The exchange unit he sends that he claims is repaired is not. It has the exact same problem as the unit I sent him. He then states he will not refund my deposit since he is unable to fully repair my unit. So the point is, he is refusing to refund my deposit. This business is the height of false advertising predatory practices and someone needs to hold him accountable. You will fins many reports against this company on this and many other websites.
