Qwest does not honor their services and disconnected my services after speaking with several reps over the phone and paying my bill. My service were interrupted and they never credited my account for that and now they are charging me for them terminating their services. I was only with me for 1 1/2 months. I switched back over to Comcast, who are available 24 hours a day to take a complaint and fix the problem. read full review »
