I am so glad I looked at this website today. I have had a loan with Citi for two years and every time I have to deal with them, I think, "What idiots!". It doesn't make me feel too great knowing that idiots are controlling my car loan and have my personal and financial information. I receive 10-15 automated calls a day even when I have already set up a payment. This costs me money!
