I tried to cancel the "free " trial 27 minutes after placing the order. I tried calling, number is always busy. I cancelled via their web page. Now 6 months later they are calling my home as well as sending me e-mails saying that I owe them $39.50. What a scam! this should be illegal. I have had to cancel my credit card . BBB needs to be notified. they are threatening to attach service fees, late fees and collection fees. I cancelled this "free" trial 27 minutes after placing order - it would have been 1 minute if they would have answered their phone!!! I am totally disgusted. read full review »
