Ordererd wu-yi weight lose tea and did not work, twwo months later I get 3 boxes sent and rang to say I did not want it but they told me this was their policy and charged me $59. To get my refund I was told to send the tea back and would get a full refund of which the tea was sent by second class with rceipt. I have called numerous times and they told me it had to reach the USA before refunding and still nothing now the company is closed during the day and dont know how to get the money owed to me.
