I ordered two converter boxes on a Wednesday and my credit card was charged the day after the order was placed. On Tuesday of the following week I still did not receive a shipment confirmation email. Logically I emailed them but I never received a reply. So I started to call constantly for two days but I was always but on hold and then told that no representative is available to take my call. I also left messages. My order still didn't arrive. I don't know if it has been sent. I emailed them again but I'm still waiting for a reply. read full review »
