Dell is horrible I bought a home pc and after hooking it up it had a virus. They told me that I didn't have a software warranty and if I wanted to send it back that they were going to charge me 200.00 to put it back on the shelf. About the warranty I did get one just not the right one it seems as if they made sure not to mention there were separate warranty's if I would have known that I would have purchased it. I feel that their products are not efficient and their consumer support does not exsist. read full review »
