Direct TV and Direct Path need to be shut down! You will never resolve a problem in under 30 minutes. They never accept responsibility for non-service and will not refund your account to do problems even if they are a 'direct' result of their fault. Unless they completely retool their business model, I see them going out of business in a few years or being shut down by the FCC. read full review »
