company only has voice mail or email for a contact. I tried numerous time to get a tracking number for my order, by either email or voice mail. I finaly emailed stating that I will cancel the credit card transation through my bank and the item mysteriously shows up. I decided to keep the product since I did not want the hassle or cost of trying to return it. I advise to stay clear of Sparkability. read full review »
