The Walmart MoneyCard is the biggest joke! The customer service people have no clue what they are doing! They even lie! I have shopped at walmart for a long time and never received such bad service as I did with the people on the phone to have the personalized card sent to me. I bought my first card, pay $3 plus put $20 on it. Did not know that I could not have them fedx to me because there was not enough $ on it, the customer service person did not tell me this just said I had to buy another one and do it again.
