First Warranty has claimed the terms of my paid in full contract have changed. Refuse to abide by terms of Contract.. Say I must pay for repairs upfront. Pre-approval was requested by Mercedes of Fort Lauderdale. Policy cost was almost $4, 000.00!!! Repair is only a few hundred dollars. How can a paid in full Contract be altered?
