On June 26, 2009, we signed a membership for a set of vacation packages for $5, 304. After signing the contract, we did not get all copies of the contract. There were terms in the contract that were excessive, unreasonable, and illegal. They used coercive tactics and extreme sales pressure to get us to sign their contract.
