They charged my credit card on 6/6/09 under the name of BETADVDSERIES 7782828099 KN and I received the DVD's on 6/12/09. I e-mailed concerning the shipping status on the web site which is the only way you can communicate with the company and received my reply from this e-mail address "Kathy Connor" <[email protected]> and not from planetDVDStore.com.
