I got my cell phone bill today and realized I was receiving a monthly charge from predictomobile for $9.99. I have called the company and got nowhere. I was told by their representative that if any charges were on my bill, my 12 y/o authorized them. I said a 12 y/o can't enter an agreement legally, and they basically told me I was wrong. They tried to say they text her: are you a minor and if so do you have your parents permission? Then apparently they can charge you whatever you want!!!
