I signed up for Green Mountain Energy because I wanted to help the green power movement. This was before I saw all the shady stuff that they do to get most of their power. I got my first bill today and it was for 1192 Kwh. My last bill with Reliant Energy showed an average usage of 12 Kwh/day. So, somehow with the same usage or less I end up with a bill for an average of 54 Kwh/day. What a sham. I will let you know how they resolve it, but I wanted people to know what kind of crockery these guys practice. There is no way my fridge and 4 loads of laundry burned 1200 Kwh in 22 days with the AC off. These guys are crooks. read full review »
