I placed an order last April for teddy bear for my son. After a few weeks, I emailed them to inquire about the status of my order since I hadn't received anything yet. I received an email a couple weeks after that stating they had problems with receiving orders on their website, but they will process my order then. I waited another month and emailed them again. They then stated that their supplier no longer carried the item and they cancelled my order.
