They initiated by sending me forms to fill out to get a loan modification. Asked for $1000 down, which I could get back if I decided to not go with them. After talking it over with my local agent, decided to go with a short sale. They did not return calls or emails, finally did get ahold of someone and informed them I was going with a short sale, and I wanted a refund of my $1000. Not only has there been no refund yet, they actually did 2 more withdrawals for $1000 each without my permission. Now the banks involved and going up against federal fraud charges.
