purchased a part from their on line store that was to have a one year warranty, after you get the part and it fails, they tell you that the warranty is no good because you have to have it checked by a certified shop and done by a certified mechanic. It has nothing to do with the fact that they sell cheap parts that fail very prematurely and don't stand behind advertised warranties. I sent the old part back return receipt requested, but they must not have accepted it as I heard nothing. read full review »
