I ordered a Wii fit board and was shipped and charged for 2 of them. I ordered 1. The first one was correct with free shipping then the second one was full price and charged for shipping. I contacted them Aaron when I recieved them. He said to refuse the second one and I would get a full credit that day. Feb 12 I recieved them bothe and sent the one back on Feb 16 and they signed for it on Feb 17. I was assuming I would have my credit by the end of the week. No that did not happen. Jan 8, 2008 Sensible Home Warranty 1344 Disc Drive Sparks, NV 89436 1-866-959-2212 Policy shw1023 Christy Sullivan 10287 Meadow Glen Dr Independence, Ky 41051 859-647-1258 I signed up for the home warranty with them a month ago. My stove broke so I called Sensible Home Warranty to fix it. In a few days they sent Complete Appliance which said the stove could not be fixed it needed to be replaced.
