I have been having problems getting the phone bill strighten out. I feel you have to many fees added to my bill. After all I just have a unlimited long distance that started out at 10 dollars a month and is now 14.00 dollars Local fees are for servise charges which came to 10.48. I paid two so called amounts of 37.44 on 8 June 2009 and 30. 98 on 14 June 2009. Still you charge me a 5.00 late fee when I thought I paid you the total amount even I dont think you are right.
