My wife and I went to a bluegreen presentation last fall in Mrytle Beach. We really had no intentions to buy, but what they presented sounded good. Then when we sat down and started going over the numbers, they brought up the maintenace fees of $1100 a year. This is when I was ready to get up and walk out, if I'm paying that much a year for maint. fees I might as well just rent a condo.
