I was contacted by someone from DCPS and told that they could lower my credit card interests rates from 20%+ to 8% or 9%. They had all my credit cards numbers and knew my balances and credit available amounts. They said the service would cost $1095 up front but that I would make that up in savings within the first few months. I asked them to send me the paperwork so we could get started. I found out a couple of days later that they have charged both my MC and Visa cards the $1095 and tried on my Sears card, but Sears denied the charge & contacted me and told me this was an ongoing fraud situation that they have seen before. read full review »
