We recently attempted to Refinance our mortgage. We were told it would be a long process and we were ok with that. At our first meeting, we were told we were preapproved, we provided them with every single piece of documentation they asked for, we were locked into a rate, and then we waited and waited. I emailed and phone them for over 6 weeks, contantly being told that they haven't gotten any information and that they were backed up with loans.
