Per instructions on order form for free trial offer, I tried calling the customer service line - over and over and over, waiting 15 or more minutes at a time. No one ever answered. According to the complaints listed against this company, I should never haver ordered in the first place, as virtually all complaints listed non-response or inadequate response as the problem.
