ESBI added to my phone bill a $15 charge for Orbit telecom. We never ordered such a service. When I called to ask about it they said that someone else in the household ordered it. Lie...Lie...Lie... How do we stop these people from adding to our expenses. After all we are barely making it as it is in this economy. And who in their right mind really needs a voicemail for their computer??? Isn't the fact that we have email and offline messages enough??? I will check back to this website if anyone has any information on how this type of stuff can be stopped please post here..
