This company has one of the worse service I've ever experienced. The frustating part is that there isnt much the consumer can do. I filed a claim in April of this year (2009) to have an air conditioning unit replaced. The claim was approved after two contractors made their evaluation. Even by July the units has not been replaced. I've called about evey other day and waited on the average of 30 minutes to speaked to someone about the problem. I'm beginning to thin the delay is intentional. Is there a way to file a formal report against this company? read full review »
