I rec'd an application and did not want it, went into the website to delete it and for some unknown reason, the next time I purchased something on EBay, it went directly to PayPal Buyer Credit Card. I've had nothing but problems trying to pay my bills with them. I've sent in my payment a week before my deadline and the next time I get a billing notice, it show's that, I was late in my payment and they had charged me a delinquent fee of $20.00!
