I have been attempting to get a refund in the total amount of $65.00 of wich was charged to my debit card. These charges were never approved by me. The only refund I have received thus far has been $9.95 and $12.95. This leaves a balance of $42.10 to be refunded. I've been attempting to get this resolved since 6/12.
