I received this card in the mail. Called to see what the card was about. Thought that I accidentally activated the card. Did not want to be charged for something I never wanted. Called to confirm that I did not activate the card and was told that I did not. Received a charge on my bank account and a "Welcome" packet. Called to complain that I was told it was never activated and I was charged without my permission. Was told that I would not and could not get that fee of $79.00 dollars back.
