Buyer Beware! NewAgeSMB will take your money and not provide the product that was originally agreed upon. They will turn around and bill you for items that were never approved. Their Client Service Manager Giovanni Livia is probably the worst CSM I've ever had to deal with. His lack of involvement with the project is 60% of the problem. All he is interested in is collecting money once the contract is signed.
